We all have those little things in our houses that annoy us to no end… we tend to call them the “quirks” of our houses, but realistically those little quality of life issues that can easily be fixed are normally caused by a lack of knowledge, experience, or effort by another builder. Personally, it’s my favorite kind of work to take on, because the results yield almost instant satisfaction. Maybe it’s a door that doesn't close, maybe it’s a cabinet that won’t shut all the way. Below are some quick jobs in which I happened to be in the right place at the right time to fix for clients while I was doing other work, “punchlist” style objectives are my favorite!
