The video shows the following scope of the work completed: initial problem, cleaned and prepped, mudded w/ second coat, and the final product after wall paint and before ceiling painting is finished.

The following job was completed because bathrooms tend to “sweat” due to condensation from hot-water showering. This bathroom in particular had peeling drywall tape around the entire perimeter, exposing the inside of the ceiling. The damage that can be caused from this condensation can be an eyesore, but it can also be dangerous too. Water that gets trapped behind drywall ceilings and wall cavities can lead to water damage and mold growth, both of which make very unhealthy living conditions.
